Highest Vertical Jump Record

Vertical jumps of 30 inches were considered to be the highest vertical jump records for a significant period of time. However, the equation has changed with certain athletes scaling 40 inches easily. The most significant aspect is that there is no benchmark that has been set to determine that a specific height is the maximum jump record that any human can set. In fact, there are rare instances wherein few athletes have been able to reach 50 inches as well. If one has to consider the overall records for highest vertical jump, then the record set by Ziani is still the best of all time heights. The record set by Darrell Griffith in the 80s was 48 inches. This was the maximum by any player during those times. Nobody imagined at that time that it is a record set for breaking.
